Virtual Office FAQs
How do I become a Virtual Office member?
The sign up process for our Virtual Office is straightforward. Choose a package above. Then get in touch using our contact us page.
After completing the sign-up process we will ask you for ID. Two ID documents are required per listed Director , or individuals with a significant share.
Can you forward the mail?
Currently we are unable to offer a mail forwarding service , however we will hold mail for a period of up to 90 days for collection, we also offer a mail scan and secure disposal service which is £1 per item scanned.
How long is my contract commitment?
Our Virtual Office contract works on a rolling month-to-month basis or can be arranged for a 12 month fixed term, we require one month’s notice for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can contact us via phone or email. We can reactivate accounts during the cancellation period if you change your mind.
Can I use your address as my registered office address?
Yes, this is available. Check the prices above to see how much extra it will be.
Can I reach my voicemail at any time?
Absolutely, you have 24/7 access to both your voicemail and your mailbox.
Do you have meeting rooms available?
Yes, we have meeting and boardroom space at 2 of our Edinburgh locations, and as a Virtual Office member you can use any of these spaces at our members discounted rate. To make use of our special rate, call our office on 0131 297 0255.
