How do I become a Virtual Office member?
The sign up process for our Virtual Office is straightforward. Choose from the above package options, then get in touch using our contact us page.
Can you forward the mail?
Currently we are unable to offer a mail forwarding service , however we will hold mail for a period of up to 90 days for collection, we also offer a mail scan and secure disposal service upon request.
How long is my contract commitment?
Our Virtual Office contract works on a rolling month-to-month basis or can be arranged for a 12 month fixed term, we require one month’s notice for cancellation. We can reactivate accounts during the cancellation period if you change your mind.
Can I use your address as my registered office address?
Yes, this is available. Check the prices above to see our package options.
Can I reach my voicemail at any time?
Absolutely, you have 24/7 access to both your voicemail and mailbox.
Do you have meeting rooms available?
Yes, we have a bookable boardroom at our 26 Dublin Street centre, and as a Virtual Office member you get access to our members discounted rate. Call our office to book on 0131 297 0255.
