Network and grow your business
Our spaces are designed to foster connectivity. There’s always an opportunity to share new ideas and overcome challenges with other like minded business people. Take a formal approach and network in our communal spaces and events. Alternatively, take an informal approach and network over a game of table tennis or at our Friday night member’s drinks! Simply put, you’ll never be far from your next collaborator or client.
Flexibility that grows with your business
Flexible memberships starts by the day. Setup is kept simple, so all you have to do, is turn up, plug in and get productive. Full time memberships offer shared workspaces or fixed desks on rolling terms. Or choose a private office with an agreement that works for your team. Whatever suits you best, you’ll enjoy the comfort that we’re ready to grow with your business.
Keep more in your pocket, with real value
Extras quickly add up. An all inclusive bill is the most financially efficient way to offer perks to your staff like breakfast, artisan coffee and tea and Friday night drinks. Coworking FAQs
What is Coworking?
Coworking is a membership club that allows freelancers, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and business leaders to work and network in a shared space. It is a flexible, modern alternative to the traditional office and is becoming more and more popular every year.
Where are you Located?
Our coworking space is located at 26 Dublin Street. Five minutes away from the shops, bars, and restaurants of George Street and only a few more from Waverley Train Station.
When are you Open?
Our key cards are activated to work between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday.
Are there any Hidden Costs?
No. You simply pay your £25 sign-up fee and then your monthly membership. You’ll be entitled to discounted meeting room rates which can be invoiced monthly.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No.
Can I bring my kids/pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow children or pets.
I talk on the phone a lot, will that be a problem?
Not at all, though we ask that you not do anything that might disturb the other members of the space, many of our members deal with important business calls every day with no issues. You are more than welcome to take phone calls in the coworking space, but for longer calls (or ones that you would prefer to take in private) you can also use our phone booth our one of our breakout areas. Our meeting room is equipped for conference calls too.
Can I have a fixed Desk?
Though we do have fixed desks available, they are in high demand. Feel free to enquire via phone or email to see what we have available. Our flexible membership packages mean that if we do not have any fixed desks at the moment, you can use our coworking space until a desk becomes available and switch easily.
How much Notice do I have to Give.
Our membership works on a month-by month rolling basis so we require 1 month’s notice before cancelling your membership.
Can I use the Space as my mailing address?
Yes, although you cannot use it as your registered business address.
Is the Space Secure?
Yes, we have CCTV, security alarms, and a secure door entry system. So unlike a coffee shop there’s no need to take your laptop to the toilet with you.
Can I Bring Guests into the space?
Of course, if you are meeting with a client or a business partner then you can do this for free up to 2 hours, if you are bringing someone into work with you for the day, then you can get a discounted guest pass for them.
What’s this I hear about a Open Bar?
Every week we host a ‘celebrate your wins Friday’ for all our Club-Members. We have an open bar in the coworking space from 4-7pm and it is a great chance to get to know your fellow Coworkers, relax, network, have a drink, and celebrate your wins.
I’d like to try out the space, how do I do this?
Great! You have a few options. If you’d like to arrange a viewing then book a free tour or contact us.
Do you have Printing Facilities?
Yes. Although printing is free we do have a fair usage policy – you’re welcome to print as much as you want within reason, but if you decide to print out the complete works of Shakespeare we will charge you accordingly.
When Can I Start?
Immediately! If you want to join the Coworking space we’ll just need you to sign the membership agreement and we can get you started ASAP.
Location
26 Dublin Street is perfectly situated in Edinburgh’s vibrant city centre. It is a stone’s throw from the city’s major transport links, including Waverley train station and the St Andrew’s Square tram stop that links the city with the airport. The space is even closer to the shops, bars, and restaurants of George Street where you can kick back and relax after a long day’s work, or even entertain clients.
